three generations of m.t. gravel cart history.
M.T. Agricultural Engineering was founded in 1975 when Norman Mascall returned from working for Howard Rotovators of South Benfleet in the Middle East.
We were privileged to have a visit from Norman to our works in November 2016 & got the snap below of Paul Beal with Norman Mascall in front of a 1984 build old Ford tractor blue MT10GC, around the time Paul first started with Norman.
We keep this historic cart in its original paint as a museum piece & occasionally it goes out to do small, local drainage jobs.
Norman, now in his 70th year, lives locally to the works & restores vintage 1930's BMW sports cars with 6 cylinder. 2.0 litre British built BMC petrol engines in them.
Both Norman & Pauls fathers were dairymen, Normans father in the Hatfield Forest area on the Esserx/Herts border & Pauls father in Faulkbourne near Witham, Essex.

Here outside the works in June 2017, with 2 new Massey Ferguson red MT14GC carts is Paul Beal with his son, Sam Beal.
So we now have a 42 year history of M.T. gravel cart manufacture & personnel continuity.
The two pictures also show how the design pedigree has developed over the years.
